.. I was on vacation after all.

The next day was a little slower. We started with some breakfast, and looking for an internet cafe. Both missions were easily accomplished, and then we set out for Check Point Charlie. This a former point of crossing the Berlin Wall. Now there is a couple of museums about the wall in amongst the regular city stuff. The museum we went to had a history of the wall, and how it came to be, and alot about how people tried to get from east to west. It was interesting, but a lot to take in.

Next on the list was drinking. We headed back to Carina's. We ordered pizza, and drank beer. Carina also invited over Susanna, and Andreas. Andreas was a work colleague of Carina's who also knew Susanna.

We mostly sat around complained about things, laughed, and told stories. As you can tell, the pictures didn't really capture people at their best.

Just after midnight we toasted Tina's birthday with some more sparkling wine, or possibly champagne. With my sophisticated palate, I have to read the bottle to tell the difference.
