So a couple of weeks ago my friend Carina and I went to Saltspring Island for the afternoon. I wouldn't suggest doing that without a car, and on a Sunday before tourist season has really begun.
It was a rather pretty place, but not much was going on, and even less was open. So we had some lunch, took some pictures, browsed a little, and had ice cream.
